Kebijakan Privasi ini mengatur cara Polisiku Internal Presisi mengumpulkan, menggunakan, memelihara, dan mengungkapkan informasi yang dikumpulkan dari Pengguna (masing-masing disebut sebagai "Pengguna") aplikasi internal Polisiku Presisi.
Polisiku Internal Presisi dapat mengumpulkan informasi identifikasi pribadi dan non-pribadi dari Pengguna dalam berbagai cara, termasuk, namun tidak terbatas, ketika Pengguna mengunjungi aplikasi kami, berlangganan buletin, mengisi formulir, dan sehubungan dengan kegiatan lain, layanan, fitur, atau sumber daya yang kami sediakan di aplikasi kami. Pengguna mungkin diminta, sebagaimana mestinya, nama, alamat email, alamat surat, nomor telepon. Polisiku Internal Presisi akan mengumpulkan informasi identifikasi pribadi dari Pengguna hanya jika mereka secara sukarela menyerahkan informasi tersebut kepada kami. Polisiku Internal Presisi juga dapat mengumpulkan informasi identifikasi non-pribadi tentang Pengguna setiap kali mereka berinteraksi dengan aplikasi kami. Informasi identifikasi non-pribadi termasuk nama browser, jenis handphone dan informasi teknis tentang Pengguna sarana koneksi ke aplikasi kami, seperti sistem operasi dan penyedia layanan Internet yang digunakan dan informasi serupa lainnya.
Polisiku Internal Presisi menerapkan praktik pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan pemrosesan data yang tepat serta langkah-langkah keamanan untuk melindungi dari akses tidak sah atas informasi pribadi Pengguna dan data yang disimpan di aplikasi kami. Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau memperdagangkan informasi identifikasi pribadi Pengguna kepada orang lain. Kami dapat menggunakan penyedia layanan pihak ketiga untuk membantu kami mengelola aktivitas atas nama kami, seperti mengirimkan buletin atau survei pengalaman Pengguna. Polisiku Internal Presisi dapat membagikan informasi Anda dengan pihak ketiga ini untuk tujuan tersebut hanya sebatas izin yang Anda berikan. Polisiku Internal Presisi memiliki keleluasaan untuk memperbarui kebijakan privasi ini setiap saat. Ketika kami melakukannya, kami akan merevisi tanggal yang diperbarui. Kami mendorong Pengguna untuk sering memeriksa halaman ini untuk setiap perubahan agar tetap mendapat informasi tentang bagaimana kami melindungi data dan informasi yang dikumpulkan dari Pengguna. Dengan menggunakan applikasi ini, Anda menandakan penerimaan Anda terhadap kebijakan ini dan untuk mengakui bahwa Anda bertanggung jawab untuk meninjau kebijakan privasi ini secara berkala dan mengetahui perbaikannya. Namun, Anda mungkin tidak setuju dengan kebijakan ini sehingga tidak menggunakan aplikasi kami. Jika Anda terus menggunakan Situs setelah memposting perubahan pada kebijakan ini, Anda akan dianggap menerima perubahan tersebut.
Polisiku Internal Presisi perlu mengakses data lokasi Anda setiap waktu dengan cara memilih "allow all the time" pada pengaturan izin lokasi Anda. Polisiku Internal Presisi akan menggunakan akses lokasi Anda untuk mengirimkan lokasi anda secara langsung kepada Dashboard command center untuk dapat melihat aktivitas dan memberikan informasi terkait posisi personel, meskipun aplikasi sedang tidak dijalankan.
Lokasi Anda akan dikirim dan dicatat setelah Anda melakukan absen atau mulai dinas, dan akan berhenti mengirimkan lokasi ketika selesai dinas atau logout. Perubahan lokasi Anda akan dikirim dan dicatat setiap ada perubahan jarak minimal 100m melalui proses di belakang layar. Data lokasi Anda yang dicatat adalah Latitude dan Longitude. Data tersebut akan dikirimkan ke dashboard command center POLRI guna menentukan tugas yang akan diberikan kepada personel tersebut.
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Polisiku Internal Presisi collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from Users (each, a "User") of the Polisiku internal Presisi application.
Polisiku Internal Presisi may collect personal and non-personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our application, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our application. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Polisiku Internal Presisi will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Polisiku Internal Presisi also may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our application. Non-personal identification information includes the type of handphone and technical information about Users means of connection to our application, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
Polisiku Internal Presisi adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access of Users’ personal information and data stored on our application. We do not sell, lease, or trade Users personal identification information to others. We may use third-party service providers to help us administer activities on our behalfs, such as sending out newsletters or Users’ experiences surveys. Polisiku Internal Presisi may share your information with these third parties for those purposes only limited to your given permission. Polisiku Internal Presisi has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we do to protect the data and information collected from Users. By using this application, you signify your acceptance of this policy and to acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of improvements. However, you may not agree with this policy hence not using our applicaiton. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Polisiku Internal Presisi will use your location access to send your location directly to POLRI command center dashbard to be able to view activity and provide information regarding the position of personnel, even if the application is not running.
Your location will be sent and recorded after checking in the attendance or starting the service, and will stop sending location when you are finished with the service or logging out. Your change of location will be sent and recorded every time there is a distance change of at least 100 (one hundred) meters through a behind-the-scene process. Your recorded location data are Latitude and Longitude. The data will be sent to POLRI command center dashboard to determine the tasks to be assigned to personnel.
